12 Recipes for Homemade Larabars (2024)

Store-bought Larabars can be expensive to have on hand all the time. Making homemade Larabars saves you money, and lets you customize the ingredients!

Who doesn’t love Larabars? Larabar fruit and nut bars are a delicious snack. They are especially great for gluten-free and vegan eaters.

What most of us don’t love is the cost. At about $1.20 per bar, they can be a pricey snack. For me, Larabars are an occasional treat rather than a snack I can have on hand all the time.

But I’ve found a solution! It’s really easy to make homemade bars very similar to Larabars. And, you’ll spend less homemaking them than you would pay to buy them. My estimation is homemade Larabars cost at least 40 cents less per bar than store-bought ones! Those savings add up quickly.

Besides, these homemade Larabars are easy to make. When you make them yourself you also get to choose your ingredients to make flavors you love! Grab your food processor and some dates and you’re ready to go!

These are my favorite 12 recipes for homemade Larabars. All of them are gluten-free, and vegan!
