Forest River has two (2) factories that build this trailer model (Indiana and Oregon). According to the factory operations manager at the Oregon Factory, the Oregon models have been built for cold weather. This trailer was built at the Oregon factory and it shows with the insulation level and the attention to sealing out the cold.

We have never used this trailer for camping. The person I purchased the trailer from states that he and his wife used the trailer only a couple of times when they first purchased it. His wife got sick, and they were unable to use the trailer after that. It was stored in a covered area from that point forward. I purchased the trailer, went through and repaired a few minor things, cleaned and resealed the roof with Lap Seal and then installed Eterna-bond tape on all of the edges of the roof and around all of the equipment attachments. This trailer has been at my home now for a little over one (1) year and is dry inside and out (Zero Moisture or Leaks), the roof does not leak at all, and I have a dehumidifier inside the trailer and it picks up about 1/4 cup of water (About 2-ounces) total every 18 days (Or when it is humid). This trailer is spotless, everything works perfect, and the trailer is set up for years of trouble-free usage.
