How Do I Cancel My Membership?

If you decide not to renew your subscription for another month/year, you can cancel it on the Billing Section of your account. You won't be charged for this any further but you will still keep the access to the subscription content until your next renewal date. You can also cancel by emailing [emailprotected] .

When does my credit card get charged?

Your card will be charged instantly when you enrol and payment will re-automatically occur either monthly or year depending on the subscription you choose. You can cancel your subscription on the Billing Section of your account. You won't be charged for this any further but you will still keep the access to the subscription content until your next renewal date. You can also cancel by emailing [emailprotected] .

Do You Do Refunds Or Money Back Guarantee?

No. Your I Feel Good Membership works a bit like a gym or a Netflix membership does, you sign up and the service is there for you. If you want to cancel your membership needs to be cancelled prior to your next renewal date. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel in time or change your mind we are unable to offer you a refund.

How does the I Feel Good Membership work?

It's really straight forward - I like to keep things simple! The programs and recipes live in a private website that you can access via your device or computer. When you join, you will be emailed automatically within 15 minutes your username and password (you can change your password after you login).

Once you login - the programs and recipe index is displayed. You click or tap on the program you want to do and you can started. They have everything you need in them (meal plans, recipes, lessons etc), and you are guide through step by step. Once you have completed the program you can start another.

Each day you have access to the I Feel Good Private Facebook group where you can hangout with a bunch of amazing like minded people traveling the same journey who all inspire and encourage each other. Adam is also in the Facebook Group everyday encouraging you by commenting on your posts and giving you tips.

From Monday to Friday you have direct access to Adam via email to ask any question you have about whole food plant-based cooking, eating and living. He answers your questions via a Facebook live video (but keeps your name anonymous). That way everyone in the membership gets the benefit of his answer. We then send you an email telling you that Adams answered your question with a link to watch the video.

Every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7pm (Sydney Australia Time) Adam does a 15 minute meal cooking class and group coaching call via a Facebook live within the I Feel Good Private Facebook Group. If you can't make it live, that's ok, they are recorded so you can watch later.

Does it matter where in the world I am?

Not at all, the membership is online. As long as you have an internet connection you will be able login from your device or computer. We have students from Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe South America and Asia.

What day and time are the weekly cooking classes & coaching calls?

Every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7pm (Sydney Australia Time) we meet online via a Facebook Live in our private Facebook Group.

We do an inspiring group coaching call about plant-based nutrition and making a whole food plant-based easy and sustainable.

Then Adam opens his fridge and makes, from the ingredients in there, a whole food plant-based meal in 15 minutes.

If you can't make the live, it's all good. The live cooking classes and coaching calls are recorded so you can watch later in your own time.

Is it ok if I don't start any of the classes or programs the day I join?

Yes, this it is fine. The classes and programs within your I Feel Good Membership are self-led. This means that you can do them when it suits you while you are a member.

If you chose a yearly membership then you have 12 months access to everything. If you are on a monthly membership you have access to everything monthly while you are a member.

Is there one to one coaching with Adam?

Yes, from Monday to Friday you have direct access to Adam via email to ask any question you have about whole food plant-based cooking, eating and living. How long do meals take to prepare?

We have two recipes libraries:

- 15 minute meals
- 700+ recipes

The 15 minute meals will take you 15minutes or less to make.

The recipes in the 700+ recipe library range from 15minutes to an hour depending on the recipe.

The focus in the I Feel Good Membership is to help you to prepare healthy quick and easy, whole food pant-based meals that are super tasty.

Do I need to buy organic ingredients?

While organic is preferred when possible, isn't not 100% necessary. Whats most important for good health is that we eat more vegetables and reduce or ilimate our meat, diary and processed food intake.

Adam has carefully designed the recipes to so that you can buy most ingredients from any major supermarket.

There will be a few recipes in the 700+ recipe library that you may not be able to buy from a supermarket, but you can easily buy them online or from a health food store.

Will I need any fancy kitchen appliances?

No. You will be able to make this food using the utensils that most households already have (pots, frying pan, chopping board, knife, wooden spoons etc).

Adam does recommend having a good high powdered blender for making some recipes, but a high powdered blender it's not essential. You can use a standard belnder.

Can I do this if I'm celiac, have food allergies or any pre-existing health conditions?

Yes! The I Feel Good Membership is 100% Whole Food Plant-Based. We have created ingredient swap sheets for most food allergies. If you have any pre existing health conditions we do recommend checking in with your health care professional before making any dietary changes.
