Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@VodafoneUK So now I'm told its £5.00 a month rather than £8.00 so you are stealing £3.00 a month from me. Its not been discounted properly. Your service is disgusting.

@VodafoneUK honestly this is THE worst company to deal with.SIM stopped working last week & after about 8 hours in total on the phone and multiple trips to the store they still can’t get it to work. Tried to cancel and they want an exit fee 🤬

1. We spoke to a @VodafoneUK customer who visited a store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. He asks the guy when VF is switching off 3G. He doesn't know. Then searches Google and says February 2023.
