@ZiplyFiber is the worst in customer service. They unfairly charge a $3.00 penalty on customers who do not to go with auto pay they impose on customers.

Calls @ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber stating internet is out.She asks we look good in our end, are your neighbors out? Yes, yes they are! Entire town and town below are out. Hence, why I called to let you know….. I’m hoping it’ll take less than 6 days to fix as not weather related!

@ZiplyFiber But watch out when you sign up. I signed up before the prices were reduced and now pay almost 30% more than what other Ziply customers pay in my area. $95/month for 200/200. Their customer service response when asked for the new rate "sorry we cant do that".

@ZiplyFiber if a tech runs a fiber drop to a house, but the service addr was accidentally set up as neighbor’s, u shouldn’t pull neighbor’s fiber to run to other neighbor. Leave the drop & do 2nd drop. I’ve now been delayed ANOTHER week bc service tech yanked line for neighbor.

Fiber TV is better than streaming, despite the letter from @ZiplyFiber today. Fiber TV doesn’t show the compression that streaming does, and I get all the channels that I want. There isn’t a streaming service in existence that provides both Pac-12 Network, and Root Sports.

@ZiplyFiber I tweeted a reply to this ad, about a problem with my bill. I'm happy to report that their customer service got back to me and have told me my future bills will be adjusted to the current going rate of my area. They were quite helpful, and I am glad to be able to stay on.
